On the other hand, another group of researchers also did another study on the effects of raspberry ketone in burning fat. The researchers introduced the compound to in vitro fat cells. Results showed that raspberry ketone accelerated fat breakdown compared to the controlled variables.


            Studies have shown that the compound has the capability to initiate thermogenesis. Thermogenesis is the bodily process of heat production. There are three methods of thermogenesis, they are Exercise-associated thermogenesis (EAT), Diet-Induced thermogenesis (DIT), and non-exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT).
